The Photo Gallery feature enables users to showcase multiple images in a visually appealing layout, enhancing content presentation and engagement. It allows publishers to create immersive visual experiences, improving content visibility in search results and attracting more audience interaction.
How to Use the Photo Gallery
Step 1: Log in to Your Dashboard
- Log in to the PubLive Dashboard page and enter your credentials.
Step 2: Create a New Photo Gallery
- Go to Content Creation -> Photo Gallery, and start a new project.
Step 3: Creating Your First Gallery
- Fill in the necessary information:
- Title
- English Title
- Summary
- Meta Description
- Featured Image (option to hide if needed)
- Title
Step 4: Upload Images in Gallery Slides
- Select an image from the media library and upload it into the slides.
- Click the Upload Image button to upload images from your system to the media library.
- Add image details such as caption, source, name, and alt text for better SEO and accessibility.
Step 5: Organize Your Gallery
- Edit images anytime by clicking the Edit Icon.
- Rearrange images by dragging and dropping them into your desired order.
- Click the Delete Icon to remove an image from the slider.
- Click the Preview Icon to open the image in a modal for better viewing.

- Access Level: Use this field to specify if the articles/posts is for logged-in users or public access.
- Custom Date: Use this field for backdating purposes.
- Select Schema: Choose a schema for the article.
- Canonical URL: Provide the canonical URL for this content.
- Meta Title: The main title displayed in search engine results.
- OG Title: The title used when your content is shared on social media.
- OG Description: A brief summary shown when your content is shared on social media.
- Twitter Title: The title specifically for Twitter shares.
- Twitter Description: A brief description for Twitter shares.
- Meta Keywords: These keywords provide information about a web page's content to search engines.
- Meta News Keywords: Specifically used by Google News publishers to define keywords relevant to their articles.
- Code Injection Head: Include custom code to be injected into the head section of your web pages.
- Custom Style Injection: Apply custom CSS styles to your posts
Step 8: Preview & Publish
- The content will only be updated, not republished on clicking Update button.
- You can review the version history to restore any previous changes if needed.
- You have the flexibility to schedule your post for publishing at your convenience.
Note:
- The Advanced Properties section is accessible exclusively to Admin & Owners to ensure security and prevent unauthorized modifications. Other users cannot view or edit this section.
- Hide the featured image to showcase the photo gallery directly on the article page by enabling "Hide Featured Image" as shown below
Assisted “Fix it” Feature:
- Monitor Warnings and keep track of your SEO score,following the recommendations for fixes.
- The recommended SEO score should be (90+) for SEO purpose
