Introducing Log Activity Feature to manage all your logs and activities

Overview


The Log Activity feature, located in the Configuration section under "Log Activity," is essential for maintaining a comprehensive record of various activities within your platform. This feature is exclusively accessible to Owners and Admins, ensuring only authorized personnel can manage and review these logs.


Accessing Log Activity


To access the Log Activity feature:

  1. Navigate to the Configuration section.
  2. Select Log Activity from the menu.



Adding a New Activity Log 


Owners and Admins can add new activity logs by following these steps:

  1. Click the Add Activity button.
  2. Fill in the Description field with a detailed account of the activity.
  3. Add relevant Tags to categorize and easily search for the log later.
  4. Specify the Time of the activity. This can include past times, allowing for backdated logging of activities.



Added logs will be recorded in the Log Activity as shown below.


Search & Filter for Tags


Users can search by Tags in the search field to find relevants log activities. 


 

Additionally, can filter the logs by custom date range
