How Push Campaign works

Push Campaign feature is available in PubLive dashboard. It is a proactive marketing approach that involves sending targeted messages or notifications directly to users' devices, aiming to engage them with relevant content, promotions, or updates without requiring their active request or interaction.


Following are the steps that can guide you on the same

 

Step 1: To send the push notification, go to the Published section. Click the bell icon available in extended menu visible under the Action column as shown   


This way, you can send the push notification for any published articles where the subscribed readers will receive the notification for that specific article as shown below

Step 2: To Track the campaign, go to the Push campaign section under configuration in the dashboard. You can get the metrics on active subscriber count, total delivered notifications, and click rate for each notification campaign.
 



Below shown, the bell icon visible for the readers to subscribe to your website to receive push notifications.
