To give access to your Google Analytics account, you can follow these steps:

Step 1

  • Sign in to your Google Analytics account
  • Click on the Admin tab in the navigation menu

Step 2

  • Under the "Account" section, select the account that you want to give access to
  • Click “Account User Management.”

Step 3

  • Click the blue  +  to add a new user to your account
  • Enter the email address
  • Select "Notify new users by email" for the person to receive the invite
  • Set roles as shown below for the member

Here are the options

  • Administrator: Grants complete control over the Google Analytics dashboard, from the account, property, and view levels
  • Editor: Allows the user to edit anything within the account, except for user settings
  • Analyst: Works like a Viewer role (below), but with the ability to make and edit shared items like dashboards
  • Viewer: Can view all settings and data on an account, but can’t edit or share anything
  • None: This is a role, but without any abilities, perhaps used for someone you intend to add in the future
